Absolutely. The deodorant formula we say is marketed towards men as it is less dry and gritty so can get to the skin through the hairiest of armpits!

It is so easy. Slide open the tin, warm the wax by rubbing it in a circular motion and rub your now beautiful smelling, moist finger onto your neck or wrists. Apply like a moisturiser.

Ts & Cs

How much is shipping and how long does shipping take?

Shipping is $6 for purchases under $50. That
includes rural. New Zealand orders usually 1 - 2 days. Rural can be up to 4
days.

Where does Zorilla ship To & From?

We have shipped to the UK, so anywhere who wants
Zorilla in their life we have you covered.

What about Customs & Taxes?

Customs and taxes are payable by the receiver, but
that is usually only applicable with a much higher value.

$6 throughout New Zealand or free over $60 

Donations to City Mission – free shipping

AUSTRALIA:

$15 shipping or free over $70 

SINGAPORE, TAIWAN, MALAYSIA and HONG KONG:

$20 for Asia wide shipments 

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Within 14 days of receiving and providing the
products are in their original condition.

We happily accept returns on full-priced items that are in their original condition (new, unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed) for an exchange, credit or refund. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving them. Sale items or discounted orders can be returned for a credit or exchange only. All garment tags and product labels must be still attached to the item.

Returns and exchanges received outside of the above time frame will not be accepted, a Zorilla credit may be supplied subject to assessment at our discretion.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

We recommend you begin the return process within 48 hours of receiving your order. All returns need to be made within 14 days from the date of your parcel’s delivery and costs are at the expense of the customer. You will simply need your email address and order number. For all exchanges, we will happily deliver the new item to you at our cost once we have received your returned item.

Once the item has been received it will undergo a quality review and once approved, you will either receive your exchange or refund on the cost of the item (excluding if applicable, original shipping costs) directly to the credit card or account used to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse the return if there are signs that the item has been washed, worn, damaged or it is not up to saleable quality.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Returns of faulty items must be returned within 14 days from the date of you parcel delivery. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If the style is no longer available we will offer you a credit or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. 

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
